Estate Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team at a boutique law firm specializing in high-net-worth estate planning and wealth transfer. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in estate planning and a strong background in elder law and family business and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals and families
- Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and goals
- Stay up-to-date with changes in estate planning laws and regulations
- 3-5 years of experience as an estate planning attorney
- Strong background in elder law and family business and succession planning
- Knowledge of Wisconsin estate planning laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
