Front Desk Agent
  • Work the 3rd shift (10pm to 6am) Front Desk with Night Audit responsibilities.
  • Availability for weekends and holidays is essential.
Position Overview

The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for guests during their stay. This position involves assisting guests with the check-in and check-out processes, managing phone inquiries, and addressing special requests from guests.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with guests.
  • Manage assigned cash bank and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Answer department phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Relay guest information to relevant departments as needed.
Qualifications

A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a comparable hotel role. Basic computer proficiency is also necessary.
