We are seeking a Full-Time Guest Service Agent to become an integral part of our team at Hotel Emblem San Francisco. This boutique hotel, inspired by the vibrant culture of the Beat Generation, offers a unique experience in the heart of the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs while providing information about hotel amenities during registration.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring satisfactory resolutions that enhance the guest experience.
- Provide accurate information about local attractions and assist guests with directions.
- Collaborate with various departments to accommodate special guest requests.
- Ensure effective communication with incoming shift staff regarding essential information.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and email communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
