Kona Kai Resort & Spa, a Noble House Resort, is a charming urban retreat situated on Shelter Island. With 170 well-appointed rooms, our resort features Vessel Restaurant + Bar, SpaTerre, a marina, and a private club, all conveniently located near downtown San Diego.
We are eager to welcome a new Front Desk Agent to our island-inspired property. We are in search of an individual who embodies the Kona Kai ethos and is dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Role Summary
The Front Desk Agent plays a pivotal role within the resort's Rooms Division. In this dynamic position, your friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor will represent the arrival team. You will assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries they may have during their stay. Your standard response will be, "yes, absolutely."

Requirements
- Flexible scheduling (AM, PM & Overnight shifts).
- Maintain positive relationships with guests and team members.
- Desire to learn and enhance guest service experiences.
- Ensure a consistently high level of service.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and Property Management Systems.
- Well-groomed appearance.
- Punctuality and readiness to start each day.
- Strong communication skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
