The Front Desk Agent plays a pivotal role within the resort's Rooms Division, acting as the welcoming face of our arrival team. In this capacity, you will assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries they may have throughout their stay. Key ResponsibilitiesWhat We Expect from You:
- Flexibility in scheduling (AM, PM & Overnight shifts).
- Maintain positive relationships with guests and team members.

- Ensure a consistently high level of service is provided.
- Proficiency in computer applications; including Word, Excel & Property Management Systems.
- Professional grooming standards.
- Punctuality and readiness to begin work.
- Strong communication abilities.

- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
