Executive Sales Leader

GG Homes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and managing a portfolio of investors, and analyzing investment opportunities for viability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of investors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Analyze investment opportunities for viability, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
