McKinstry is a leading provider of energy-efficient technologies and solutions. We are seeking an experienced Energy Sales Leader to join our team in North Carolina.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and a strong understanding of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and energy efficiency. They will be responsible for developing consultative relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying outcome-based solutions, and leading government clients to contract closure.

As an Energy Sales Leader at McKinstry, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the environment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sales plan, collaborating with the Operations team, and utilizing McKinstry's tools and processes to support customer relationship strategies.

McKinstry offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $95,175 - $137,700 per year, a bonus structure, and a comprehensive benefits package.
