Job Description

Xplor Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Mid Atlantic region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Underwriting, and Sales Support, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services
  • Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales approaches
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably in the payment processing or financial services industry
  • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
