Position Overview:

Role Responsibilities:
As a Department Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that customers receive a prompt, accurate, and friendly service experience during every visit.

Some managers are responsible for specific departments, managing key systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. This includes setting objectives, delegating responsibilities, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes.

The Guest Service Department Manager is tasked with ensuring that both Crew and Managers provide an exceptional customer experience, effectively implement sales promotions, and that service staff are well-trained in service protocols.

The Kitchen Department Manager focuses on delivering high-quality food promptly, maintaining food safety standards, managing food costs, and training kitchen personnel in production techniques.

The People Department Manager is responsible for recruiting qualified crew members, providing comprehensive training, and scheduling staff to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. We are looking for enthusiastic team players with flexible schedules who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a managerial position in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
