About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Checkers & Rally's. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional Guest service and achieve our sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including sales, profits, and Guest satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that all employees are well-trained and equipped to deliver excellent Guest service.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial data and develop plans to improve sales and profits, ensuring that the restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that all Guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees and Guests, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred
  • Experience: Over 2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
  • Skills: Basic math skills, Microsoft Office, and general systems experience
  • Personal Qualities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours, high energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment
