About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling and Management: Ensure accurate and efficient handling of cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of cash management skills.
  • Cooking and Food Preparation: Assist with cooking and food preparation, including expediting, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Bartending and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including bartending, serving, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Management and Training: Supervise and train a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Scheduling and Labor Management: Assist with scheduling and labor management, ensuring that we have the right staff on hand to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Menu Development and Training: Assist with menu development and training, ensuring that our team members are knowledgeable about our menu and can provide excellent recommendations to our customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory or management role.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of NC ALE laws and liquor sales and logging procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
