Job Overview

Position Title: Manufacturing Associate

As a Manufacturing Associate, your primary responsibilities will include unloading materials from conveyor systems and organizing them efficiently on carts. You will also be tasked with managing documentation, overseeing reorders, conducting inspections for quality assurance, and addressing strip-parts that require repainting. Maintaining an orderly paint area, operating hoists, and performing quality checks will be part of your daily routine. The role involves significant physical activity, including lifting and assembling products along the production line, memorizing pallet configurations, and ensuring secure strapping for larger components to prevent any mishaps.

Essential Skills
  • Preferred experience of at least 6 months in a manufacturing environment.
  • Capability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to twist, bend, and pull, which may lead to physical fatigue.
Work Environment

This position operates in a dynamic, physically demanding manufacturing setting. You should be prepared for a hot and fast-paced atmosphere where bending, twisting, and lifting are routine. Expect to be quite dirty by the end of your shift, as maintaining pace with the conveyor belt is crucial to keep operations running smoothly.
