Available Departments:

As a production associate, you will contribute to the assembly of fitness equipment. We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined and willing to work overtime as needed. The departments include:

  • Mechanical Assembly: Utilize hand and power tools to assemble fitness equipment according to detailed work instructions.
  • Painting: Responsible for racking and unracking parts for industrial painting, in a warm environment near drying ovens.
  • Machine Operation: Operate various machines to bend, punch, and laser weld metal components for fitness equipment.
  • Grinding: Smooth out welds from machinery or manual welding, requiring the ability to stand and crouch for extended periods.
  • Warehouse Operations: Engage in inventory management, shipping, and receiving tasks, including forklift operation.
Work Schedule & Compensation:

Our typical workweek runs from Monday to Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays and occasionally Saturdays. The shifts are as follows:

  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Compensation varies by department, with:

  • $20/hour for most departments, except for Machine Operation.
  • $20-$24/hour for Machine Operation, depending on experience.
