Logistics Associate

Position Title: Order Selector

Shift: Evening Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday) - Potential Overtime: Up to 2 hours post shift

Compensation: $21.25 per hour

The main duty of this role is to gather components from the warehouse for the production line. Employees will navigate the warehouse primarily on foot to identify and collect the necessary items. Once collected, these items will be placed on carts, forklifts, or tuggers for efficient transport to the production area, ensuring the assembly team can continue their work without interruption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve components from the warehouse for production requests.
• Utilize a cart to efficiently navigate the shop floor while fulfilling orders and organizing inventory.
• Support the receiving team in verifying and restocking parts inventory.
• Operate a pallet jack to safely and effectively move materials.
• Be prepared to walk up to 5 miles or 10,000 steps daily.
• Receive training and certification on a stand-up forklift (willingness to learn is required, but regular operation is not guaranteed).

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a duration of 6 months.

This position is fully on-site.

The work setting is exceptionally clean, situated within a large organization that operates across three separate facilities. Employees will work in enclosed areas within a MANUFACTURING environment, specifically in a spacious warehouse.
