Job Scope:
  • Assist the CEO in strategic business projects, guiding them from conception to successful implementation, in collaboration with senior leadership and departmental heads.
  • Facilitate communication with executives regarding decision-making, program management, and the execution of initiatives.
  • Enhance existing processes and optimize organizational workflows for improved efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the CEO to support company-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance.
  • Plan and coordinate with business leaders to develop and continuously refine systems, processes, and training by exploring innovative initiatives.
  • Oversee the CEO's calendar and daily operations, including projects and responsibilities assigned by the CEO.
  • Streamline business operations and administrative functions.
    • Develop, review, and enhance policies, systems, and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
    • Establish and maintain a calendar of ProBio Group events, including annual meetings, training sessions, and updates on policies or procedures.
  • Work with the Finance team to assist the CEO in effectively managing budget and travel expenditures.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and budget management is highly preferred.
  • Ability to plan and monitor multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools for report preparation and special projects.
  • Demonstrated success in a project coordination capacity.
  • Familiarity with budget planning, enforcement, and human resources management.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
