MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish an integrated culture centered around innovation, ensuring a seamless digital experience for all users, including clients and partners.
  • Develop a roadmap for digital transformation utilizing emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotic process automation.
  • Leverage advanced data analytics tools to enhance decision-making processes.
Data Security
  • Establish and uphold security standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Engage in audits and testing processes, contributing as a vital team member.
Strategic Planning
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive IT Strategic Plan that reflects the needs of the business.
  • Exhibit strategic leadership by collaborating with stakeholders to determine organizational priorities and align them with technology resources.
  • Work with team members to identify process improvements and mitigate risks.
  • Manage an enterprise architecture view in relation to business systems and IT infrastructure through a Technology Steering Committee.
  • Monitor relevant metrics in customer service, project delivery, data security, and system performance, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Engage key stakeholders in the selection and implementation of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders to identify improvement areas, implement innovative processes, and facilitate organizational change.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive transformation strategies while ensuring alignment with the company's vision.
People Management
  • Identify future staffing needs in alignment with organizational and technological focus areas.
  • Allocate resources effectively to promote the adoption of new technologies.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in an IT leadership role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
