Key ResponsibilitiesThis role involves leading a team of experienced Internet Sales Consultants at M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching your team members, helping them develop effective sales strategies and grow their book of business.
You will establish follow-up appointments with customers, provide initial product information, and present financing options based on customer needs. You will also participate in team development sessions to improve processes and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and management.
