About the Opportunity

ThinkTank Telecom, LLC is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to lead our expansion efforts in Lexington, KY. This role offers a unique blend of sales, marketing, and leadership responsibilities, making it an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the designated territory.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of up to five members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the efficient management of all inventory, ensuring that specialists have the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of specialists, focusing on product knowledge, enrollment processes, and compliance standards.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to FCC and USAC regulations, minimizing risk and maintaining operational integrity.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for connecting communities to essential services.

Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
