We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at ITW StampTech Fastener Division in Lexington, Kentucky.
This role will involve leading a team of skilled press operators and toolmakers, ensuring safe and efficient production processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of highly skilled press operators and toolmakers.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes.
**Estimated Annual Salary:** $95,000 - $130,000.
