Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategy and improve processes
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automotive sales management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, including revenue growth and team performance improvement
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
- Performance-based bonus structure
