Company Overview:

We are excited to announce a new hourly pay range of $17.00 to $20.50 per hour, plus commissions based on qualifications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and maintain the esteemed Red Wing brand image through professional sales techniques.
  • Accurately enter customer data and sales transactions into our system, process payments, and manage cash drawer reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper measurement and fitting for every customer.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications effectively.
  • Engage in lead development for industrial sales during fittings.
  • Assist Mobile Sales Representatives with sales, fittings, and on-site services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required, with 0-2 years of relevant experience or training.
  • Strong team orientation and collaborative spirit.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Experience in retail footwear or wholesale is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend for lacing shoes, and climb ladders. Responsibilities also include store maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing floors, washing windows, and setting up displays.
