Job Summary

Controlled Contamination Services is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Cleanroom Specialist to join our team. As a Cleanroom Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our cleanroom environments, adhering to strict guidelines and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning Operations: Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines, monitoring cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensure all cleanings are completed promptly and correctly.
  • Training and Development: Participate in continuous training, including cGMP training, technical skills, safety, and performance improvement.
  • Document Control: Maintain accurate documentation of cleaning procedures and activities, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
  • Surface Cleaning: Clean all surfaces within the controlled environment, including ceilings, walls, equipment, and floors.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by following customer standard operating procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Deviation Identification: Identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective and preventative actions.
  • Training and Cross-Training: Assist in the cross-training of other Controlled Contamination Services personnel.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with previous work experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong attention to detail.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and climb, with a weight or force requirement of up to 40 pounds.
  • Vision Requirements: Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
