Job Responsibilities:
- Uphold and promote the prestigious Red Wing brand image through professional sales techniques.
- Accurately enter customer details and sales data into the system, manage payment processing, and balance cash drawers along with daily reports.
- Ensure proper measurement and fitting for every customer.
- Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Engage in industrial sales lead development during fittings.
- Collaborate with the Mobile Sales Representative during on-site sales and fittings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, with 0-2 years of relevant experience or training.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Experience in retail footwear or wholesale is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, lace shoes, and climb ladders.
- Responsibilities include store maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing floors, washing windows, and setting up displays.
