Job Description

Job Title: Aesthetic Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Sales Director to join our team at Lumenis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the aesthetic marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers in the aesthetic industry
  • Provide expert knowledge and support to customers on Lumenis products and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetic or medical device industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Lumenis products and solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Experience with sales software and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
