About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Entrusted Services. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and Mentor the Sales Team: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Track and Analyze Sales Performance Data: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain Deep Knowledge of Products and Services: Stay up-to-date on our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Finance: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication to drive business results.
  • Develop Accurate Sales Forecasts and Set Realistic Goals: Create and manage sales forecasts and set achievable sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Plan and Allocate Resources to Meet Sales Objectives: Ensure the sales team has the necessary resources and support to meet sales targets and drive business results.

  • Innovating and Adapting to Market Changes: Stay ahead of the competition by innovating and adapting to market changes to drive business results.
