Senior Business Operations Manager

Compensation Range: $40 - $43 per hour

Position SummaryThe Business Manager will report directly to the Executive Director and collaborate closely with department heads, corporate Human Resources, and the Accounting Department. This role encompasses the oversight of the Reception Area, which includes staffing, Manager on Duty responsibilities, and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage billing processes, accounts receivable, and payables.
- Foster a professional and caring atmosphere for residents, their families, and staff.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional customer service abilities. Additional qualifications include:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a business office, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated understanding of fundamental accounting principles and GAAP standards.
- Familiarity with monthly profit and loss statements and departmental financial management.
- Proficient computer skills; experience with Yardi is advantageous.
- Background in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or resort industries is preferred.
- Able to conduct budget analysis and variance reporting effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of operating standard office equipment.
- Proven track record of teamwork and delivering strong customer service.
- A degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding all resident, employee, and financial information.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and accuracy in representing the community and its stakeholders.
