We are currently in search of an Area Operations Manager to oversee our facilities in Needham and Norwell, MA.

Your responsibilities as an Area Operations Manager will include:
  • Fostering a workplace atmosphere that encourages employee engagement and attracts patients seeking care.
  • Managing daily operations across multiple centers while collaborating with clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Directly supervising all non-provider registration and clinical staff within the centers.
  • Promoting a positive organizational culture that aligns with our core values.
  • Facilitating professional development and growth opportunities for employees within the centers and the broader organization.
  • Striving to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, patient satisfaction, accessibility, and staffing metrics.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels of medical, office, and pharmaceutical supplies, and placing orders as necessary.
  • Acting as the primary contact for facility and employee-related matters to support the success of the centers and their staff.
  • Providing assistance with registration and clinical tasks as required.
Qualifications we seek:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience, ideally within a healthcare environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, EMR systems (Experity), and scheduling software (When to Work) is preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
Our centers operate seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. This is a full-time, exempt position with an expectation of a minimum of 40 hours per week, including availability for at least two weekends each month.
