  • Financial Management:
    • Interpret and communicate financial results to stakeholders

    • Real estate taxes and sales/use tax reporting
  • Asset Management:
    • Fleet management and fixed asset tagging, tracking, and disposal
    • Physical inventory management
Requirements
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial data and provide guidance and recommendations
  • Ability to act independently with minimal daily direction from manager
Preferred Qualifications
  • Related experience and/or training, as well as a combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
  • Previous HR experience, with certifications such as PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SCP a plus
  • Payroll experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in accounting and HR software applications, including Oracle (HCM & EPBCS), Wide Orbit, and ADP
