About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning and Operations. This role will be responsible for driving business transformation and innovation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute business strategies
  • Identify and mitigate risks to business operations
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and transformation
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
