Job Summary:

The Executive Chef III will oversee kitchen operations, directing the preparation of meals in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines for the Compass organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Meal Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement regular and modified menus to meet the dietary needs of students and staff.
  • Operations Management: Direct and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies, maintaining inventory and managing budgets.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular taste tests and quality checks to ensure meals meet Compass standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in executive chef or related role

• Proven track record of successful kitchen operations and staff management

• Strong leadership and communication skills
