Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to branch administrators and staff to ensure effective management of branch operations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in a related health or business field.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven organizational development and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of hospice regulations and reimbursement, with the ability to ensure compliance and drive business growth.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned branches 3-4 days per week.
