  • Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate environment, with leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media resources in recruitment.
  • High level of professionalism, including verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and suggest and implement solutions to others on the team.
