Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive search and recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various corporate departments.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct outreach, networking, industry research, and partnerships with executive search firms to identify and evaluate candidates.
  • Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior management and department heads to understand organizational needs and provide consultative recruitment support.
  • Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communications, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate environment, with leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media resources in recruitment.
  • High level of professionalism, including verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and suggest and implement solutions to others on the team.
