About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internet-focused sales professional to join our team at Boggus Tipton Motors. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our e-commerce platform, responding to sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to all Internet leads, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain client prospecting files, including lead tracking and follow-up activities.
  • Provide accurate and timely pricing, rates, and inventory availability information to customers.
  • Meet and greet prospects, building rapport and establishing trust through exceptional customer service.
  • Process credit applications, both manually and online, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications, maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise.
  • Implement and maintain the dealership's sales process, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and maintain key performance indicators, including Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units, to meet dealership standards.
  • Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential for this role.
