Position Summary:

  • Drive Conn's offerings and financing solutions through exceptional customer interaction
  • Guide clients through every stage of their purchasing journey
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of product lines including electronics, home appliances, furniture, mattresses, and more
  • Collaborate with store staff to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere
  • Engage comfortably with customers, suppliers, and external partners

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person support to clients
  • Conduct daily outreach via phone to current and prospective customers
  • Generate new business through a diverse array of services
  • Foster a supportive team environment
  • Assist with product displays and store layout
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Stay informed about current inventory and promotional offers
  • Work with partners to address customer concerns
  • Develop and maintain sales tools and product expertise
  • Build and sustain customer relationships while achieving sales targets
  • Adhere to all credit guidelines and procedures
  • Optimize sales potential by promoting all relevant services and products
  • Conduct all job responsibilities with integrity and transparency
  • Follow Conn's established sales process for all transactions

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in appliance, furniture, or electronics sales
  • Background in customer service
  • Familiarity with retail operations
