About the Role

The CLASS Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to oversee the onboarding process for new volunteers. This is an unpaid, pro-bono position that requires a minimum 1+ year commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding procedures for new volunteers.
  • Organize orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
  • Act as a consultant to new volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create corporate accounts for new volunteers.
  • Monitor new hire turnover and retention rates, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Schedule and oversee training sessions to ensure new volunteers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR onboarding manager or in a relevant HR role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
