Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Talent Programs to join our team at Spark Power. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, talent acquisition plans, and learning and development programs that align with our corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and hiring plans in collaboration with operational teams
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and oversee employer branding programs
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team and operations to establish efficient processes in recruiting
  • Lead employment branding initiatives and organize career fairs and other events
  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams
  • Participate in corporate level discussions around future strategy and business focus
  • Forecast recruitment needs and assist in employee retention and development
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in a recruitment role, with prior experience in managing Talent Acquisition programs and teams
  • Degree in business administration, human resources, or relevant field
  • Proficiency in English and in-depth knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in construction/renewable energy/manufacturing is an asset
  • Experience recruiting for technical trade positions is preferred
