Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our LAC Clearance Center as a Lead Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with Goodwill's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the LAC Clearance Center, including staff supervision and performance management

• Develop and implement strategies to improve center efficiency and productivity

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Goodwill policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field

• Proven track record of leadership and team management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
