About the Role

United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our ambulatory surgery centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations team, ensuring that all aspects of the surgery center's operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Quality and Safety: Develop and implement quality and safety initiatives to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff members, including nurses, technicians, and administrative personnel.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial stability of the surgery center.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the surgery center is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and development, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or business.
  • Experience: Minimum three years of experience in a healthcare administration or operations role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
