Technical Service Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Service Engineer to join our team in Portland, ME. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and resolving complex technical issues related to diagnostic imaging equipment.
Salary: The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $29.09 to $49.88, plus overtime eligible.
Job Description: In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide effective solutions. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years in electromechanical industries. You should have an Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience. You must also be able to safely work with radiation sources and wear required personal protective equipment.

Others: This is a field role requiring approximately 70% travel across the specified geography.
