Technical Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid foundation in software development and machine learning concepts, as well as hands-on experience with cloud-based technologies and Python libraries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and training machine learning algorithms and ML system pipelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components and models into WEX systems.
  • Participating in code reviews and communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of application development experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience building, training, and deploying machine learning models.
  • Strong ability to use key Python libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, and deep learning libraries like PyTorch or Tensorflow.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and how to provision those services through IAC frameworks such as Terraform.

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $169,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more.
