Job Description

SMRT Inc. is a multi-disciplinary, full-service architecture and engineering firm specializing in sustainable design.

We are seeking an electrical engineering student intern to join our team for a 12-week paid internship. The successful candidate will work on real-world projects, attend client and team meetings, and collaborate with experienced architects and engineers.

Salary: $18-$22 per hour, estimated annual salary: $40,000-$46,000

About the Job:

  • Work on complex and sustainable environments nationwide with a concentration in the Northeast.
  • Develop hands-on experience with AutoCAD and REVIT.
  • Collaborate with fellow interns and experienced professionals on cross-disciplinary projects.
  • Mentorship and guidance from dedicated team members.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor of Science or Master of electrical engineering program.
  • Completed second year of program prior to starting the internship.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and REVIT.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team environment.
