Job Overview

Ozmo is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to spearhead sales efforts in the telecom sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and stewarding deals through the sales process to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue objectives
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, account penetration, and relationship-building
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of technical sales experience in the enterprise sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the telecom industry and its key players
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Pay Range:

Account Executive II
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
OTE: $100,000 - $130,000
Description: Typically requires 2-5 years of experience.

Account Executive III
Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000
OTE: $160,000- $200,000
Description: Typically requires 5+ years of experience.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications and experience. We are committed to providing competitive compensation and are open to considering a range of experience levels.
