We are currently in search of an Operations Supervisor for our esteemed hotel.

The Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the organizational hierarchy, holding comprehensive responsibility for all hotel activities during their designated shift.

This position involves overseeing various departments within the hotel, including front office operations, housekeeping, engineering, and food & beverage services, while also serving as a mentor to colleagues and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize financial performance of the hotel during assigned shifts, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Champion the Company's Mission Statement and uphold it throughout the facility during shifts.
  • Prioritize Superior Guest Service and Product Quality, as outlined in our Quality Pledge and Standards of Service.
  • Conduct property inspections, lead shift briefings, facilitate short-term training, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Maintain the organization's professional image and uphold high ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in front-of-house operations.
  • College education (minimum of 2 years).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous hotel management experience in Rooms, Food & Beverage, or Sales.
  • Proficiency in computer systems.
  • College Degree (4 years).
