Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced assistant hotel manager to ensure that our guests enjoy a remarkable experience during their stay. With a minimum of 5 years in the hospitality sector, you will oversee front desk operations, serve as the primary contact for guests, and mentor staff to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Compensation:

$17 - $19 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of customer service to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Manage the front desk team, including hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure adherence to hotel policies and service excellence.
  • Compile financial data and prepare occupancy reports for the general manager.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong bookkeeping skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, management, and multitasking abilities are necessary.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office management within the hospitality field, preferably as a front desk supervisor or in a similar role.
