Compensation:$17 - $19 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of customer service to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Manage the front desk team, including hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure adherence to hotel policies and service excellence.
- Compile financial data and prepare occupancy reports for the general manager.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong bookkeeping skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, are preferred.
- Excellent communication, management, and multitasking abilities are necessary.
- At least 2 years of experience in office management within the hospitality field, preferably as a front desk supervisor or in a similar role.
