Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Sy-Klone products and their applications, ensuring the ability to convey their value in specific mobile equipment contexts.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales expansion by identifying new prospects and enhancing business opportunities to meet corporate sales objectives.
  • Training and Development: Develop training programs and support initiatives for customers, vendors, and distributors within the territory.
  • Effective Communication: Present sales proposals and information clearly to corporate clients, while maintaining communication with both internal and external leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to remain informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to promote products and services.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in mining, construction, or heavy equipment sales.
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 65%, including potential international trips.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs.
  • Capability to perform field support tasks in various industrial environments.
