Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to expertly craft and serve a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to our guests. The Mixologist will prepare the bar for regular operations and special events, maintain service standards during busy periods, and ensure the bar area is well-stocked and clean.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a diverse range of beverages
- Engage with patrons, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer balances
- Restock and organize bar supplies and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar and lounge areas
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred one year of experience in customer service
- Prior bartending and food service experience is advantageous
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and some weekdays
- Must obtain necessary licensing and complete alcohol service training within the initial employment period
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to stand or sit for extended durations
- Work environment may include moderate noise levels
