Position Overview
The Facilities Management Supervisor will serve as the primary contact for overseeing facilities operations, assisting the Senior Facilities Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team in delivering top-notch facility management services.

This role entails coordinating and managing tenant/client needs and service delivery to ensure satisfaction across financial, compliance, asset management, and personnel/contractor leadership aspects.

Key Responsibilities
- **Relationship Management:** Collaborate with the Area Manager to implement both short and long-term projects tailored to client needs.
- **Program Analysis and Development:** Design and execute innovative programs and processes aimed at reducing operational costs while enhancing productivity.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reports relevant to client operations.
- **Budget Management:** Interface closely with client representatives to develop and manage capital and expense budgets.
- **Maintenance Coordination:** Work with the outsourced Facilities Management company to ensure seamless daily operations and address building management needs.
- **Vendor Supervision:** Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service standards.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of processes and maintenance activities.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business is required, with a Master's Degree preferred.
- A minimum of ten years of industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consultancy is essential.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and supervisory skills are critical for success in this role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint is required.

Additional Information
In alignment with pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696.34 and $124,000. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on various job-related factors.
