As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will be the face of our community, responding to resident inquiries and concerns, and providing community information to residents.

You will conduct move-in orientations to new residents and follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction.

Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Illinois Leasing Agent license required within 120 days of hire
  • 1+ years experience in a customer service role
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license may be required
  • Evenings, weekends, and/or holidays may be required
