Qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of EDA tools, workflows, and the semiconductor design process.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin preferred.
