- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with expert guidance on our EDA products and solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the EDA industry or related fields.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of EDA tools, workflows, and the semiconductor design process.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin preferred.
