About the Role

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, machine learning, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and commonly used game development languages (e.g., C++, C#).
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Passion for video games and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in game development, preferably in a production engineer or similar role.
  2. Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  3. Knowledge of 3D graphics and physics principles is a plus.
  4. Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning infrastructure and deployment.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $142,800 to $241,200 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
